Pablo Ruiz y Picasso, also known as Pablo Picasso was a Spanish Artist. 

He was a painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist, stage designer, poet and playwright. 
He co-founded the Cubist movement along with Braque.

Monet was a French painter

He was a founder of the French Impressionist movement 

The term "Impressionism" is derived from the title of his painting 
Impression, soleil levant ( Impression,Sunrise), 
which was exhibited in 1874 in the first of the Impressionist exhibitions.

Caravaggio

Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio

 29 September 1571 – 18 July 1610

His paintings, which combine a realistic observation of the human state, both physical and emotional, with a dramatic use of lighting, had a formative influence on Baroque Painting  

Caravaggio combined close physical observation with a dramatic, even theatrical, use of chiaroscuro.
